Authorize Tempo with Linear OAuth, discover the teams available in the connected workspace, and select which teams to track. Tempo refreshes team and project metadata and incrementally synchronizes updated issues.
Issue, project, and workflow metadata
Tempo normalizes Linear states into consistent workflow categories while retaining the relationships needed to understand parent work, sub-issues, and projects.

Metrics calculated from Linear
Tempo calculates issue cycle time from the first in-progress state to completion and lead time from creation to completion. The same history supports WIP age and stale-work analysis.

- Project progress and scope movement.
Planning and delivery records
Linear issue histories describe planning flow. Pull-request and deployment records describe review and release flow. Comparing these intervals can distinguish planning delays from review or release delays.
