What it measures

Flow: PR cycle, pickup and review time.
Delivery: Deploy frequency and lead time to production.
Work: Issue cycle time, throughput, WIP and stale issues.
Collaboration: Who reviews whom and how review load is spread.
AI coding: Which commits and PRs used AI, with which tool and model, when available.

How it works

Tempo reads activity metadata from GitHub, Jira and Linear to calculate engineering metrics.

An optional CLI runs as a git hook and detects AI-assisted commits locally, at file level. The CLI sends attribution metadata; code, diffs and prompts stay on your machine.
